Rescue & Support for Trafficking Victim

When I was 13 my mother sold me to a Danish man. I was rescued by police and referred to CWCC in October 2009 and taken to the safe shelter. I missed my family so much, and felt so afraid and alone, and didn’t want to join in any of the activities or have anything to do with anybody. Meeting with the counselor helped me so much, and I was able to share my story and relax. I am waiting for my case to go to court, and both my mother and the Danish man are in the BMC Provincial Prison
